SVS Prerequisites?
-
Hi all,
For the next year or so, I'm looking to start a focused and structured regiment for developing my skills, so my aim is to set up a semester-like schedule to go through some of the SVS core curriculum.
My question is: does anyone have opinions about possible "prerequisites?" Obviously, the curriculum is set up in four levels, but within those levels, does anyone have thoughts on which classes should be done before others?
For example: it probably makes sense to go through the Painting Color and Light course before doing the Painting Texture and Details, but does anyone else have other thoughts about things that should be taken in sequence?
Thanks very much for your thoughts; have a great day!

@skeletortoise I believe the curriculum has them placed in the order that they should be taken in so I'd say just follow that

@skeletortoise I agree with Griffin. If you're seeing them like I do, they're in a left to right scrolling list per section. I view them as X01, X02, X03 as I go across. For example:
Level 1: Foundations
Foundations 101: How to draw everything
" 102: Basic perspective
" 103: Visualizing drawing in perspective
104, 105...Level 2: Character Design
Character Design 201: Figure drawing fundamentals
" 202: Intro to gesture drawing
" 203: Intro to unique and appealing character design
204, 205... -
@KevinTreaccar @Griffin Thanks for the suggestion!
