      Hello!

I'm currently nailing down my concept for the May contest: storm.

My main idea is that when it rains really hard, trolls take the opportunity to come out of their caves and have a shower. To push this further, I wanted to have another element to contrast something normal to something outrageous.
      My ideas are:

      • A squirrel jumping out of a tree because a troll is about to take a branch to use as a loofah,

      • Some humans running by, trying to get around the troll and out of the rain.

I'm wondering whether these seem interesting enough. Also, do you think it's necessary to have another element? I think it would make the piece stronger. I was originally going with the squirrel but my compositions always made it seem like the squirrel was more the focus and not the troll. I am currently leaning toward just having some small human figures running out of the storm.

Please let me know if you have thoughts on this as a concept for storm.
      Thanks!
