Procreate won’t move, just scale

Not sure if this is a bug or a really confusing feature but about 90% of the time I want to move something I selected with the lasso tool in Procreate, it only scales the selection not move it.
I’m definitely not touching the sides of the rectangle and I tried tapping and holding. But nothing. No movement. Just scaling.
Sometimes it seems to spontaneously move after numerous undos and trying it again and again.
When this does work properly and the selection actually moves, I haven’t done anything different.
Has anyone else experienced this? Am I missing something?

I haven’t had this issue, I’m sorry. But I’ve had great success with dealing with their tech support. I would contact them and they’ll ask for the file you’re having trouble with to try and replicate the issue. Good luck. -
I don't have this problem and just tried it again to see if I could recreate your problem but couldn't. Maybe you should contact their support.

@danielerossi I found this bothering me at first. I have to make sure I'm nowhere near my selection if I want to move it.

Try the center or far from it

@danielerossi I sometimes get this, it seems when the selection contains fine lines with space between them I can move it if I manage to touch the stylus right on the lines, so I tripy to zoom in but still I feel I am missing something

Thanks everyone. The issue seems to happen more and more and I took the advice of a few of you suggesting to contact support.
Having to erase and redraw what I wanted to move just isn’t my idea of efficiency
