@Jim-Algar Hey, Jim... Thanks much for taking the time to comment. Very glad you're digging the images. I usually don't draw in this particular style, and wasn't AT ALL sure about the line quality. Your supportive comment means a lot!

@Jacy13 Thanks for the comment, Jacy. Drawing these caricatures was a fun exercise. I'm at a point where I'm starting to get some of the basic concepts, and whenever something comes out looking halfway decent (luck of the "draw"?!), I find myself with a surprised smile on my face, thinking "Oh, I didn't know I could do that."
Wondersome Wednesday is upon us!
Continuing @shanehunt 's Effective Vehicle Design class. Here is Assignment 1 Part 3 (turning the forms in space), and Assignment 2 (form versus function). As always, perspective is something I struggle with, but since these are not meant to be technical drawings, and therefore don't necessarily need to be mathematically correct, I think they work. Do any of you see anything that's disturbingly out of whack?
Realizing that these sketches are no groundbreaking masterpieces of epic proportions, I nonetheless find myself flabberflustered at times, noticing that my scribblings end up looking somewhat recognizable as the items I meant for them to describe. Live and learn!
