Inking draw overs

Hey all,
Anyone else find it super relaxing to do Jake's inking practice sheets? Especially when I can't think of anything to draw I figure at least I can practice my line making and drawing from the shoulder.
I tend to keep a few copies in my desk just in case and feel it really helps as a warm up with my brush pen control to hash out parts of these
