@Larue thank you so much. I learnt a way of cheating the colours to make them look more harmonious. I just slap a "wash" layer above everything, set to "hard light" with a warmish orange colour. Seems to work!

While my family went for a looong walk in the cold, I sat in a cosy pub with a fantastic latte, drawing. Super luxurious.

I was hesitant to do the green and red, but I'm really glad I eventually dared.

Fun fact: the people in the photo on the windowsill are David Niven and his first wife, whose names are still scratched into one of the window panes from when they got married during WW2.
