Very nice, its well painted, the only minor crit I have, is the rim light on the shoulder looks like it would not extend behind the ponytail.

Its a bit on the cool side, if you are in photoshop go IMAGE> ADJUSTMENT >COLOR BALANCE and move the yellow slider -25 to warm it up.

Also this is going to sound absurd but people are more orange and yellow than they are pink. The color balance will fix this.
