How do other people position their tablet and keyboard for comfortable working?

I've had my keyboard on the edge of the desk between me and the Cintiq so I can access keyboard shortcuts easily. But lately I've been getting a sore back and I'm pretty sure it's because I'm hunched over the keyboard in order to reach the tablet.

I've tried positioning the keyboard off to the side but this has it's own problems. I'm even considering buying a "slim" keyboard to reduce the distance between me and Cintiq. Is there a solution I haven't considered?

@Rowan-Ferguson I draw with my left hand, and use my laptop to press he shortcuts. thats working really well for me. I place the laptop on the right side of the cintiq.

This product seems interesting, kind of expensive but if it streamlines your workflow then what price wouldn't you pay.

If I ever get a Cintiq I think I would consider this as an option.

Maybe a little shelf or tray that slides out under the desk, to put the keyboard on?
