I got this weird email....anyone seen this one before?

This seems extremely suspect to me....at minimum I need to know more because this is beyond vague and I'm not sure what to do about it. Anyone have a suggestion or clue?

It sounds like a scam, but also sounds like an art theft request. If my art was not meant to be in a mural, it's probably not being shared in fair use. So the first thing I would've said was no, regardless of whether the question was innocent or not.
