Screen protector for iPad and pen tips

I would be grateful for advice on what is best screen protector for my iPad, and for recommendations on pen tips for the Apple Pencil.

@C I use the ailun screen protector (not textured, silk smooth) and it doesn't interfere with the apple pen. I did not care for the texture screen proctector due to people saying it wears down the apple pen's nib which i didn't like imo. For pen tips, i don't use one but i do have a cute pen grip which look likes a regular pencil hahaha. Everything that i've mentioned can be found on amazon
