Question about iPad 2018

Hi this is more of a technical question. I finally saved enough money to buy myself an iPad Pro 2018, so I can install ProCreate and GoodNotes, and get started on "art"-ing on the go again.

However, this is my first time setting up an account with an Apple product, and for whatever reason, it's taking forever for my iPad to download ProCreate. I verified my account, linked my account through PayPal, and now the screen is stuck on loop.

Why is it taking forever? Any suggestions?

@Michael-Angelo-Go check that you have verified your account via any email apple sends. Also some apps are huge so it can take some time.
Be sure your ipad is updated to the latest firmware as some apps dont work in the older versions anymore
And also Its ok to just reboot your ipad

@Michael-Angelo-Go Usually, when an app takes that long, it's an internet issues, which might be a huge downer answer, but usually the case for me when it comes to downloading apps. You might try and turn off and on your ipad too.
