@Robyn-Hepburn Yes absolutely your insights and advice are super helpful. Getting back to you somewhat later! Trying to get ready for Fall SCBWI conference, I took my images to the printer after making some adjustments... I might be overthinking and that is why it's helpful to have feedback! And seeing everything side-by-side it's apparent how different some of my kids are. So thank you! Will post again sooner than later hopefully

@ArtMelC Fun linework!

@kylebeaudette These crack me up! Love it

@ArtistErin You’re getting some beautiful textures here! And the bear’s face is really sweet.

Painting flowers in watercolor has been really fun lately. I’m surprised to find myself loosening up and just having fun doing these things. I feel like, conceptually, they’re not very challenging, but I don’t always enjoy rendering and these are changing that for me. I’m thinking if I do a bunch of these, I could sell them on Etsy and get some practice mailing a product out.

@Sarah-VanDam For sure you could sell these on Etsy, they are gorgeous. And watercolor lends well to the looser, more natural vibe! The textures and colors, and the feel of the paper, all create a warmth that is unmatched. I am looking into Society 6, because I don't want to handle shipping. Keep posting about Etsy and what you learn! As soon as this conference is over I am going to finish setting up my Society 6 shop. I also am considering getting back into watercolor just because I love it so much.

Hey everyone, my latest WIP... I am needing your thoughts about this image I am about to send to the printer for my physical portfolio. I have time blindness and can't see if I am missing something, been working on it so long I can't see what needs fixing. Do you think I should increase the size of the girl and fox, and drop the bear back? And trying to maintain the time of early evening... yet does it seem too dark? Insights welcome thank you
