Help finding a specific podcast episode

I’m loving the podcast. In one of the episodes Jake talked about the 3 phases for beginner artists, and what goals you should be striving for in each phase. (How many hours to draw per day, how many sketchbooks to fill per year, etc.)
Does anyone know which episode that was? I want to go back to it and can’t find it.

It's Episode 2, Am I Too Old to Start My Art Career. GREAT episode, I took lots of notes on that one. It talks about the years or phases for learning, how much time you should spend per day in each phase, and what you should do with that time.
