Thumbnail chosen. Sketch opinions wanted please.

I am working on an illustration. I did a doodle of an old lady and decided I wanted to draw her in an old cabin at night with a fireplace for light. I did some thumbnails and would love some opinions. The lady in this sketch is just a doodle with colors I won’t actually be using. My idea is more neutrals etc. I also want to have her have a cute puppy who is always by her side.

@reelynn I like both 3 and 4, However, I would prefer to see a version wher grandma is more visible. Currently in both 3 and 4, grandma is 3/4 turned away from the viewer. I think you lose a lot of story telling with that perspective.
And idea to improve would be to switch the position of grandma in #4 and Have her sitting in the right corner instead of the left. Have the chair turned outward so that she’s looking towards the dog.

@reelynn I like 1 and 3.
In 1, the symmetry of the room helps me pick out the characters more quickly. In 3, I really like the sense of space in the room. -
I’ve done a sketch of what I’m thinking. Opinions are helpful. Thanks in advance.

@reelynn great composition. I look forward to seeing the final piece.
I would love to see the puppy curled up right at her feet. -
@reelynn Hi, I love the composition and the character! The perspective of the room looks fine, but I feel that granny should be placed closer to the fireplace. Or, rather, the fireplace wall brought closer to the viewer, what do you think?
