Laptop Changes Colour Profile When Cintiq is Connected

Hi guys
I have a calibrated display both on my laptop and Cintiq (PRO 16). My Laptop loads the correct colour profile, but when I turn on the Cintiq, the colours on my laptop screen slightly change. I can see in the settings that the colour profile has remained the same, but there is a slight of a change in the colours on the screen. Does anyone else have this problem?
I'm not sure whether this is up to the graphic card, I'm not really good at these things, but this is how my settings looks like:
I've looked into Wacom forums to find a solution, but didn't have much luck, except finding put that other people had the same issue.
