Exercise 7 and I might do a few more, the roof shape kind of caught me off guard, I thought I took the shape down properly and then I tried to fix it but I didn't pay enough attention to the shapes on these. I have a few more images to try. This has really helped me realize a lot of the details I overlook when drawing.

Prop Design Class
I'm not done yet, my lamp turned out to be more of a character, but it can't talk and it will just zap you and run away but it does work as a lamp even if you do need to chase it down from time to time. Went through a few stages as well as I'm trying to decide what I like most for painting and colouring so let me know what you guys think! Thanks for checking this out!

@burvantill I agree with this being the best way. You still deliver a free drawing

RE: Comic book challenge: Blank panels
Canadian dates are pretty weird, lots of apologizing and then a drunk who’s super nice but will join the date and talk about how nice everyone is, followed by “sorry for crashing your date, next ones on me”.

RE: Digital Line Quality
@Sue-Knause in procreate if you click on the brush again it’ll take you to its settings and you can up streamline and it’ll smooth out you’re lines.

Light and Shadow for Illustrators Homework
Hello! I haven't really posted on here much but here is my homework for this course. I really enjoyed it and learned some really great tips and tricks. I also learned how to use Procreate more indepth and now things have gotten so much easier on there! Still so much left to learn but I'm really enjoying the process right now. I will be trying to post more on here from now on to keep myself accountable and also to make some friends here. Nice to meet you all (whoever ends up commenting) and can't wait to hear from you guys!

RE: Prop Design Class
@ArtofAleksey I got it toned down but then it got crazy again I hope to post soon, it’ll be a strange world. My idea was a mermaid inventor so it should fit for sure in this world. It’ll just be odd haha. I’m excited about it.

RE: Prop Design Class
@ArtofAleksey oh that makes a lot of sense. I think I have an idea of how to fix that to because it’s definitely more of a robot than it is lamp.

RE: Prop Design Class
So i'm not entire sure how I will be colouring more, I'm thinking of redoing this because I have a few silhouettes I really liked for it and I want to pracitce rendering more. This lamp also will knock everything down off tables, much like a cat will.

RE: Prop Design Class
@TessaW HHaha thank you! It will yes, I’m just figuring out the rest with silhouettes and watching the rest of the videos. I have a bit of a story for it but just focusing on the shape language for now.

RE: Do you see Procreate ever overtaking Photoshop in the industry?
I LOVE procreate but I don’t think it will replace adobe as an industry standards, not at this point anyways. Maybe one day?
