This is my piece for this month's prompt.
It is called ...Alone, together
Hello everyone, I am fascinated by all of the entries!
this is my entry for the contest.
Hope you like it
@ajillustrates ooh okay! Thanks a lot
TI will definitely be participating. My goal is to make a minimum of 2 drawings per week.
I am Ghadeer Nemer,
I studied mechatronics engineering in university with a little bit of computer science (Nerd), I've always had passion to draw since I was little, however, I got caught up in high school and university and didn't practice at all!
when I graduated I re-discovered my passion, and i got a job in a very popular studio here, I showed them few of my illustrations, and they saw potential so I got the job, I have been in it for a year now, as a designer/ illustrator.
I learned a lot but (commercial field), is not the field I am interested in, I was interested in children illustrations and character design mainly, maybe game design later.
I was so excited to find SVS, I used to take classes on several online websites, also I learned a lot from Aron Blaise.
Anyway I am still 23 but I always feel behind because I didn't study art, nor practiced it for a long time. so I am trying to catch up and take all the courses I can take.
Love your community and it would be an honor to be a part of it, sorry for the long thread haha.
Congrats! I really love your style
Sorry for posting my critique request here but I have been waiting for the forum to fix the bug regarding us can’t post in the ‘serious critique requests’ category. But my dead line is so close that I had to get critiques for my artwork hehe.
This is supposed to be a primary sketch of a working mom that her kid annoys when she has online meetings to say hi.
Please give me your feedback on it
And sorry for the mess this is just a sketch draft
@kimmypie oh yeah you are absolutely right! Hehe looks like I have a problem with toes locations, Thanks! However I really like the idea of the mom grabbing the table to not fall, so I think I will switch legs and just make this leg her left leg. As for the daughter’s hand I will definitely adjust it like you said !! Thanks again that was so helpful
