Wanted to share my progress with you guys.
I like to redraw my old drawings where I considered the composition is good.

This is a 4 years progress, time in which I watched every tutorial that I could find or afford. Will Terry's influence is obvious.
At this time I feel like this is the strongest piece in my portfolio so it will be a bit heart breaking to see the holes in it but also very very helpful. Thank you for your time and consideration!

@Eric-Castleman Very good point. Perhaps a good idea would be to bring the pond higher so it contrasts with the cat's face. It works for the chest, less reflective light in the water.

Btw I love your portfolio, the shark pet at school is so funny and a very creative idea.
