I was working on this piece at night (Dark room, tired, jamming to some tunes). It wasn't until the morning when I decided to do some final touch up work that I noticed gamma issues within the picture.
I don't know if it's my monitor settings? Since when I view the picture on my iPad it definitely appears to be smoother.
It was created with Photoshop. I looked on forums and they say if you go to edit > color settings > check the box blend RGB colors using gamma that it should fix it. Doesn't seem to do anything differently for me, though.
So, I am wondering if this is simply just my computer or if you perhaps others can see it as well? Have anyone dealt with this issue, perhaps know of a fix?

I haven't been able to draw as much as I would like to as of late! Recently moved, have a baby on the way, life's been kind of chaotic!
Luckily was able to bunker down and get back in the flow of things. This was a piece requested by my boyfriend for his step father's birthday. He loves the ocean, wants to be a captain on a boat and he also loves his Wild Turkey and smokes. Haha. Can't wait to see what he thinks.
Happy Fall everyone!
Feel bad since it's been awhile again. Life's still pretty chaotic but that's no excuse! Gotta keep on keepin' on.

It's December, time to unleash winter/holiday themed pieces! Had this fun little idea when I was finishing up my Slowvember artwork. I can't wait to devour some yummy Holiday treats!
