Can anyone help identify these two bits of art from the Creative Composition Course?

On the Creative Composition Course (version 1) Will shows a piece of art but didn't reference the source. I would like to find out who created this piece, can anyone help me? I have reached out to Will but not heard back, and I've been unable to find any leads to it via google image searches.

I'm wondering if anyone could help me find it, the piece is this one

Also … during the critique videos, there was a thumbnail/sketch I loved by, I think, a community member named Joy. I'm fascinated to see what the finished piece looked like, can anyone help me find it?
