Hi Durell, this is really good stuff.
The only thing I found distracting is that the second guy and the hair of the first one look a bit cut out. I would blend it a bit more with the background.

@Jana Thank you. I do struggle with hair but for these I was aiming for sharp edges all around the portraits.
