Hello all!

I think it was about six months ago that I found this place and just recently decided that I need to be brave and participate. My name is Åse Bergström and I'm wishing/hoping/striving for a new path in my life, with more art and creative freedom. For that to happen, I need to improve - a lot.

I have a family and a full time job so I'm trying to carve out time for this where I can. For many years, I thought drawing was not for me and I really thought I had closed that door. However, about three years ago I HAD to start drawing again. I try to improve, sometimes by doing daily sketches and sometimes by trying bigger projects. I recently started to post my sketches on instagram.

So this is me, not lurking anymore, but trying to make some friends!

I hope your internet is working again soon, it is so annoying when it doesn't - even if it is a first world problem! I tried to watch classes on my phone but gave up because the video froze or didn't show up at all. I love your trading cards on instagram - they are so cool! I don't know what it is about your pictures but I feel at home!
