Why is my account showing Non-Active?
I purchase the year plan last night and my bank account online shows funds being withdrawn from SVS but when I look at my account status, it says "not active."
If anyone can explain the hold up that would be really appreciated. Thanks.
Alright... I just looked at my bank again and now it shows the money that was withdrawn is being refunded????
What's going on?
Well, i bit the bullet and re-purchased it again. Seems to be working now...

Hi Jen, Glad we could get this worked out. Just for everybody else watching this thread. If your zip code is entered incorrectly you may be charged but soon after the money will be reversed back to your account. this is something we hope to change soon.

Hi Jenn, I ran into the same problem, and it was because the registration page wouldn't recognize my postal code ( I'm outside the U.S.).
The only way around this was to subscribe using PayPal - no zip code required for this option. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, it only takes a few minutes to set one up. Paypal requires a few days to verify your banking info, but while you're waiting, you're still allowed to make some purchases.
Had I known all of this it would have saved me some aggravation. Managed to subscribe just before prices went up at the beginning of August - whew!
