Cupcake Kingdom composition help

Hey guys--struggling with this composition and wondering if you have any suggestions or if it looks ok as is....
EDIT: for some reason I can't load a picture in this post. Will try to do a reply below and load it.

I think it works except for the candle. It's a point of high contrast, and damn near dead center. Hehe...evil cupcakes...i like it

@Lynn-Larson Thanks Lynn.
See what you mean there--I can possibly move the "executioner" character back to the right a bit. I think if I move him left it will be overlapping too much.

@mattramsey Hey Matt - this looks really nice - i think to move the flame from the center you could crop the right a bit and scoot the backgound wailing cupcakes a bit to the left - i'm sure you've thought of this option though - anyways i think this looks really nice - the only thing that pops out to me is the evil cupcake on the left - it feels like his left eye (our right) is kind of squeezed a bit too far to our left - i'm sure this is to show his expression but it looks like there is not enough space between his eyes - ....you know because cupcake eyes are always at least one eye width apart...haha but really i think that if the eyes were higher on the cupcake on the left and lower on the right it might have a nicer flow too ...nothing wrong with the flow now though - but there is kind of a loop for the eye between the three cupcakes - this could all be crazy talk but you are used to this from me (remember the shaft of light....)

@Kevin-Longueil just exactly what i was looking for actually--and you are correct about the eye. I didn't notice it.
Thank you!

Sigh. Now the image is not showing up again. Really not sure what is going on.
I did not edit my initial posts. The images WERE there....now they are not.EDIT: Now they're back.

hi, I had the same problem, try to edit and make the image size smaller, mine worked only when it was under 1 Mb.
and cool idea with the cupcakes, maybe move the candle and play a litle more with the light and shadows -
@piktorash Thanks!
I haven't really committed to color and contrast (light/shadow) yet. Well actually I HAVE but I decided to scrap it and start over. Before I get too far into it again I want to make my composition as perfect as possible.
