Midnight iguanas

My son, has this epic fear that our attic is inhabited by a family of iguanas (I’m Canadian… and it’s -40C right now… iguanas are the furthest thing from a possibility haha). He’s certain that while he sleeps, the iguanas come out and do our chores. When I explain to him, that it’s me doing the cleaning and the laundry, he is adamant that I’m lying because once he’s asleep, the whole house is asleep and he wakes up to a different house.

So one night, he fell asleep with his beloved lion “Lyly” wrapped over his chest in a way that I just couldn’t help but turn it into an illustration.

This is my wish as well… that I could hire a family of iguanas to do my chores while I sleep snuggly in my bed. One can dream LMFAO
