I am Julia, living in Vienna,AT. I discovered SVS three weeks ago and I am so eagerly watching all the courses/learning so much, that I already have to cope with the fear that one day in the not so distant future there won't be any more new courses left take ;-).
It is an exciting learning environment so I wanted to also check out the forum now and see what everyone else here is up to, stalk a bit on people's art and learning progresses ;-).
If you are curious to see some of the course content translated into my actual work check out instagram: @julia_knie, whereas I am now posting the insights I got from practising after each SVS course.
As a little tip for UK/EU members here on SVS: anyone in close proximity to London, who can travel there easily: you might want to check out the one-week illustration summer courses Central Saint Martins has to offer in June/July. Most likely we would see each other there ;-)
Happy Easter and looking forward to lively exchange with you. If you spot something worthwhile improving - please point it out - I am happy to get your opinion. (Mostly struggling to work in One dominant style atm/ and composing with more than 15+ objects)
