Calculating expenses and rates
I made a Google Spreadsheet tool for calculating expenses and base rates.
I just wondered if anyone would find it useful, so I thought I'd post it here. Please let me know what you think- any feedback would be good, I hope I got the math right.

I made a few little edits to this sheet today (mostly cosmetic and I put some examples in some of the orange fields).
I also forgot to mention If you have a Google drive account you can make a copy of this to your drive and edit it yourself, or you can download it as a file if you don't. this thing took me years to develop as I've been learning about business stuff and tracking my own business (mostly setup) expenses and income so I hope it's useful.
